In the Turley Household we use this Salad Dressing almost every night. It come from my Aunt Mary's kitchen - it is so simple and so delicious!
Ingredients:
2 lemons, juiced
1 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves
2 tsp salt
Juice the lemons and put in a jar, meyer lemons is what we use, but a regular lemon works great to. Put the garlic through a garlic press and on a cutting board pour salt directly on top of the garlic. With a fork, press the two together to form a sort of clumpy paste. Add to lemon juice and mix. Add Olive oil and taste. If it is a little to sour, it is perfect, when you add it to the salad it will taste delicious.
This dressing will go on absolutely everything. It can be kept in the fridge for up to two weeks.
