Roasted Potatoes

These potatoes are so incredibly easy to make and cook at the same temperature at the Perfect Roasted Chicken, so an incredibly easy meal is put together simultaneously.

Ingredients:

4 Large russet potatoes
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
3 Sprigs of Rosemary

Preheat oven to 400 Degrees.

Cut the russet potatoes into appx. one inch squares - try and keep them all the same size so that they cook uniformly - place them in a large mixing bowl. Douce them in Olive Oil, I mean really douce them, don't be shy, every single potato should be dripping. Add Salt and Pepper and mix up with your hands.

Pour the potatoes onto a baking sheet and evenly spread them around so that they are not touching.

Cook in the oven for appx. 45 min to an hour, until they are brown and have developed a golden crust.
