This is an incredibly easy thing to just have in your refrigerator and spread it on a piece of toast - because of all the seeds and protein it makes for an amazingly healthy and well rounded snack.
Ingredients:
3 parts Peanut Butter (smooth)
1 part ground Flax seed
1 part Black Sesame Seed
1 Tbs. Sesame Oil
1 scoop protein powder
Mix together Peanut Butter, ground flax seed and black sesame seeds - the mixture will be very stiff. Add in remaining ingredients, mix well and store in an airtight container for up to three weeks!
